RETURNS POLICY

We can accept returns 14 days after receipt.


At Plants Galore we will send you only top quality plants, products and gifts. We also do our best to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on it's way. However, of you do have a problem, here is what to do:

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible informing us of the problem. Please make sure that the item is in it's original packaging. All items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.

If you receive a plant that is in a bad condition when you take it out of the box contact us immediately. Please note that plants look different depending on what time of year it is. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it, just that it's out of season and will perk up.

Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us. We can arrange a collection (please call customer services on (01279 792321) or you can send the order back via the Post Office.
