Delivery charges for gift vouchers is £2.99. Delivery for bulbs and any non plant items up to 2kg in weight is charged at £3.99 and shipped by Royal Mail.
Delivery for all plants and shrubs is charged at our standard delivery rate.

Items over 2.2mtrs in height are not included in the £6.99/free delivery options. Please call us on 01279 792869 and we will offer you a price for the whole consignment.
We despatch all orders promptly by courier for many items and parcel carrier for larger or heavier items. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt and it should be with you within 10 working days. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If an item is not in stock please call 01279 792869 and we can advise the next available despatch for this item.
Please be aware that these are estimates only and not guaranteed. On some items we operate a pre-order facility which we find is particularly useful for ordering Spring and Summer bulbs, listings will display the delivery time for these items.
Express 24hr Delivery. Only an Additional £4.99 Per Order
Orders need to be placed by 12.00 Noon for next day delivery. We only accept 24hr deliveries Monday to Thursday and some postcode, size and product restrictions will apply.

For most items we deliver using standard boxes, the cost of delivery for each box is the same no matter if there are one or many items in it.
To ensure that our couriers can deliver, the delivery address should be a full address including postcode. If you are out, please advise a safe place that the parcel can be left. A notification card will be left advising where the item has been left.
The majority of goods are shipped from our central warehouse; a few products are shipped from other locations and in these cases you may receive more than one delivery.
If you are not home when the courier delivers your items, the courier will leave a card with instructions informing you what to do next.
IMPORTANT: when signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery.
Any items damaged in transit must be notified to us by calling 01279 792869 or sending an e-mail to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. If you fail to do this may result in the item not being replaced.
