Delphinium Highlander Series Blueberry Pie is a new variety of this cottage garden favourite. It is a very hardy perennial plant that has been bred in Glasgow and has proved hardy to -20 deg C. It has unusual frilly double flowers from July that have blue/purple petals with an underside of cream. As the flower opens it gives a lovely display of blue purple and cream.
