Delphinium Highlander Series Moonlight is a new variety to this traditional cottage garden plant. It is a hardy perennial plant that has been bred in Glasgow has proved hardy to -20 deg. C. It has unusual frilly double flowers that are a cream and edged with a hint of blue/lilac.
