Acacia Dealbata (Mimosa) is an evergreen shrub with a silvered blue-green leaf. It flowers in Winter and Spring producing clusters of little rounded flowers that are yellow with an intense scent of violets.

Size:  Height 5-10m   Spread:  6m  (over a 10 year period)   3.5 Litre Pot 

Position:  Requires a sunny, sheltered site with well-drained soil.

Planting:  Soak the root-ball before planting. Plant in a hole twice the diameter of the root-ball or pot. Mix general fertiliser with infil soil. Water regularly until established.

Plant Care:  Regular pruning will help maintain a shapley bush. Will respond to very hard pruning if needed. Best pruned in early Summer.
