How can I pay for the things that I want to buy?
You can pay by most popular credit and debit cards over the phone or online. Additionally you can pay by cheque payable to 'Plants Galore Ltd' if you post it to us at Plants Galore Ltd, Hamlet Hill, Roydon, Nr Harlow, Essex CM19 5JY.
Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Diners Club credit cards.
How will you send my order to me?
Your order will be packaged in tried and tested packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely. Larger and heavier items will be sent using our courier service who will deliver whatever you have bought to your door. Smaller items are sent by DHL, Hermes & Royal Mail. These will be delivered by your local representative.
Is it safe to send shrubs and plants in the post and will they arrive safely?
Yes - we send many plants through the post each session - these range from small plants to large shrubs. In all but a very few cases they have arrived safely. In the unlikely event you have a problem, get in touch with us immediately and we will sort it out to your satisfaction.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Each order you place via our web site will be acknowledged by e-mail - the message will confirm all aspect of your order including payment and anticipated delivery period. If there is a delay, we will let you know by e-mail and will always endeavor to keep you updated.
How do you decide on the P&P charge?
We want to ensure that every product you order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Therefore we include the cost of packaging, labour, postage and insurance in the amount we charge you. You will always see the postal cost on the order form whenever you place an order. There is a standard charge of £6.99 this may vary for larger or heavier orders.
When will I receive my goods?
We despatch all orders promptly by courier for many items and parcel carrier for larger or heavier items. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt and it should be with you within 3-7 working days of dispatch. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and this confirms the anticipated delivery date to you.
Will you pass my e-mail address to other companies?
