Vinca minor 'Illumination' (Periwinkle) is a low-growing spreading evergreen herbaceous perennial with brilliant golden foliage surrounded by a contrasting dark green edge and blue-lavender flowers in spring.

Position: Will do well in any soil so long as it is not very dry. Flowers best in sun but will tolerate shade. Not as invasive as other varieties of vinca.
