Sambucus Nigra Black Tower is a lovely deciduous shrub with dark foliage. The leaves emerge green but quickly change to a dark almost black shade, during May and June they have a mass of white flowers in flat clusters which are followed by black berries in the Autumn. This variety has a narrow upright growing habit and is therefore ideal for a smaller garden or to fill a small gap.
