Laurus Nobilis Lolipop Tree is an evergreen and high aromatic shrub or tree. Bay is fully hardy and is either happy in sun or partial shade. These beautiful Topiary Bay Tree Lollipops are very happy to grow in containers and they look particularly elegant in terracotta planters on either side of an entrance doorway or driveway.  These topiary bay trees look great in pairs.

Maintaining the topiary shape of the crown is very straight-forward. It simply requires a trim once per year. Ideally it is best to do this in winter when the plant is dormant. As bay trees are quite slow growing, one trim per year will be fine.
