Liatris spicata (Button Snakewort) is a clump-forming perennial with linear mid- to dark green leaves and erect dense spikes of violet to purple flowerheads in late summer and early autumn.

Position: Full sun or partial shade in well drained fertile soil

Height: 70cm Spread: 45cm

Flowering Period: June - August
