Thyme Foxley is a flowering thyme with a cream flecked variegated foliage and short spiked mauve flowers during the summer months. It has both ornamental and culinary uses, it is highly decorative and useful in the kitchen. In winter months, the foliage develops shades of pink and bronze. It is easy to grow, is drought resistant and great for pollinators.
