Plant Description:
Syringa Persica (Persian Lilac) is a dense decidous shrub with a compact rounded habit. In late spring the plant is covered with highly scented pale lilac flowers.

Position: Grow in fertile moist well-drained soil. Does well in chalk but dislikes acidic soil. If in full sun mulch to retain soil moisture.
Planting:Water the plant well remove the pot and plant in a hole large enough or container large enough to avoid disturbing the rootball. Back-fill with soil mixed with compost. Water regularly and throughout the plant's first year of growth.
